Last updated: 13 August 2026. This policy explains how the Mumbai chapter of Ratna Nidhi Charitable Trust ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website.
We only collect information you choose to give us — for example, your name, email address and message when you use our contact form, or your details if you email us about a donation. We do not currently use cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future (for example, Google Analytics), we will disclose that here and update this policy accordingly.
We use the information you provide only to respond to your enquiry, process a donation, or coordinate volunteering — never to sell or share it with unrelated third parties.
If you donate, we keep records as required for issuing 80G tax receipts and for our own financial accountability. This information is kept confidential and used only for that purpose.
This site does not currently process donations directly through an online payment gateway — donations are coordinated by email and bank transfer (see our Donate page for account details). If we connect a payment gateway in future, we will name it here and confirm that we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
